Before any support contract is taken on a chargeable site survey will be carried out to ensure that we are able to meet your business requirements and notify you of any issues that exist.
Full Time Support
We will support your business as if we were a full time member of your staff. The level of cover is dependent on your requirements.
You will have the added benefit if you have any major IT projects we will carry out any consultancy and system audit as part of your full time support contract.
We will also offer a helpdesk system which is available for all users or key users to log all I.T calls in order for you to track the status of calls and manage them. The full time support contract also covers remote support on weekends 9- 5 excluding bank holidays and Christmas but can be purchased separately.

You can choose how many days support your business requires currently. We currently manage many hotels where we manager the complete I.T structure by going in 2 days a week and only going in additional days for emergencies and as and when required.
This is a cost effective way for a business that does not really need permanent I.T presence, saving on administration and payroll associated costs.
50% of consultancy fees
If you require assistance with the purchase of new systems or liaising with third parties with new installations; we will provide our knowledge and expertise at 50% of our normal consultancy fees.
Helpdesk Self Service System
All calls will be logged via the help desk self service system, we offer 5 free users and then charge per user thereafter. This will allow you to monitor the types of calls logged; time taken to resolve each call and will in turn ensure that we are aware of any I.T issues allowing you to receive services at its best.
Remote Support
• On-site support visit when required
• All health and system checks are carried out remotely
• We will carry out two site visits at no charge
• Access to our Self service helpdesk system
